LISA ZACK
General Manager
Having gotten her first taste of the hospitality industry at 16, Lisa has many years of restaurant experience. After earning her degree in Fashion Design from Syracuse University, she found herself drawn back to a career in restaurant management. From restaurants in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio and then New York City, Lisa has perfected the details that make for great restaurant experiences.
Lisa and Travis met in New York, first working together at Bklyn Larder, later collaborating on the opening of Yunnan Kitchen. Through several trips over the years, they share a love for the food and regions of Sichuan, Yunnan, and surrounding areas. When not at work, Travis and Lisa enjoy foraging for mushrooms in the Cascades, throwing pots into the Puget Sound for Dungeness crab and bringing along their daughter for as many adventures as possible.
